1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms govern your use of Apexys, operated by Apexys, Inc. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Apexys provides analytical and educational tools, including portfolio analytics, market data, visualizations, and financial education.
Apexys does not execute trades, custody assets, or act as a broker or investment adviser.

4. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse, scrape, reverse engineer, manipulate markets, or violate laws.
6. Intellectual Property
Apexys retains ownership of the Service. You grant Apexys a license to process your content solely to provide the Service.
7. Subscriptions & Payments
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
8. Data Accuracy
We do not guarantee accuracy or timeliness of data. You must independently verify information.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apexys is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at the greater of $100 or fees paid in the last 12 months.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Apexys from claims arising from your use or violations.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion.
13. Governing Law & Arbitration
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration, with no class actions.
14. Changes
Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement.
